Q: I’m not in Singapore. Can I still join the programme?
A: Sure, as most of our support is done online, you can still join in our programme and still enjoy the same level of support. However, you will need to be more disciplined when it comes to the exercise and you may want to arrange with our personal trainer for some Facetime/ Skype sessions.
Q: I travel very often. Should I start this programme only once I am not travelling so often?
A: Don’t let your travel plans stop you from changing your exercise and nutrition habits – which are the bases for this programme. That said, you might want to ensure that you start the programme during the week that you’re not travelling so that you are able to do the blood test and to familiarise yourself with the nutritional guides.
Q: What age range is suitable for this programme?
A: Our 30-day and 60-day programmes are suitable for those aged 16 to 60 years old but we do recommend consulting your doctor before embarking on it.
Q: Will I be able to speak to the coaches about the health issues that I’m experiencing?
A: Definitely! In fact, we encourage daily dialogue either 1-on-1 with the coaches or within the community regarding your health issues. It is also important to be very honest about any medical conditions that you have so that our coaches are able to advise and tweak the programme to suit you.
Q: What’s the difference between the 30-day and 60-day programme?
A: Firstly, it is based on your commitment level and also your goals. For example, if you want to lose 10 kg, you would need more coaching and more workout sessions than compared to wanting to lose only 5 kg.
Nonetheless, you can still be part of our group chat and Facebook group after you have completed the programme and help build our community. Moreover, all members (past and present) will enjoy preferential rates to our exercise classes.
